Description
Chaplin’s World dedicated to the famous Tramp character, opened in Vevey, in the mansion where Charlie Chaplin lived from 1953 when expelled from the US until his death in 1977. In the mansion itself, Charlie Chaplin family man, humanist, friend of world leaders, but also more modest local citizen, is evoked. In a new building called The Studio, half buried in the park, it's Charlot, as Chaplin's life as an actor, director and composer. The audience is immersed in its extraordinary world, surrounded by lifelike wax figures, all presentations expressing the great humor of the Master.
